Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the procurement and installation of comprehensive ICT infrastructure and networking solutions. The scope of this project includes the provision of hardware, active and passive networking components, and the establishment of secure data connectivity to support the company's digital transformation and operational efficiency. Bidders must be well-established technology providers with a valid registration from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and relevant tax authorities. The procurement process will follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) guidelines under a competitive bidding framework. Detailed bidding documents containing technical specifications, delivery schedules, and evaluation criteria are available at the PRMSC head office and on the official website. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately according to the prescribed format. All bids must reach the PRMSC office by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, where the technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of authorized representatives of the participating firms.
