Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of an MS firefighting hydrant line for the external area of the PKLI Hospital. This critical infrastructure project includes the procurement of materials and professional installation to ensure comprehensive fire safety coverage across the hospital's exterior premises. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms registered with the relevant tax authorities, including valid NTN and GST registration, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement process follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidders are required to submit a technical proposal along with a financial bid, supported by documented evidence of previous relevant experience and a detailed company profile. An affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any procuring agency or PPRA Punjab is mandatory. All bids must be submitted to the Supply Chain Department by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, with the technical opening scheduled shortly thereafter.
