Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Chiniot, Punjab, invites electronic bids for the procurement and provision of a 200 KVA Mobile Generator Set. This project, estimated at a cost of 34 Million Rupees, aims to bolster the agency's emergency power capabilities for water and sanitation infrastructure. The procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the 'Single Stage Two Envelope' bidding procedure, ensuring a rigorous evaluation of both technical specifications and financial competitiveness. Eligible bidders, including firms and companies registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), FBR for Income and Sales Tax, and the Punjab Revenue Authority, must submit their proposals online. A mandatory bid security in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order, pledged to the Director Finance WASA Chiniot, is required. Detailed bidding documents containing the technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and contract terms are available on the Punjab EPADS portal. All electronic bids must be successfully uploaded by 12:00 PM on 25 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day.
