Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) in Jhelum, Punjab invites sealed tenders from authorized dealers, well-reputed firms, and suppliers for the procurement of high-quality furniture and fixtures. This procurement is intended to upgrade the judicial infrastructure and provide better facilities for the civil courts in the Jhelum district. The scope of supply includes various office furniture items such as executive desks, visitor chairs, cupboards, and related fixtures designed for professional judicial environments. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Comprehensive bidding documents, including detailed technical specifications, quantities, and terms and conditions, can be obtained from the office of the Senior Civil Judge during regular business hours. Technical and financial proposals should be prepared according to the Punjab Procurement Rules and submitted in sealed envelopes to the Administration branch. All bids must be delivered no later than 10:30 AM on 23 May 2026, and will be opened on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee and participating bidders.
