Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) in Muzaffargarh, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of stationary and various miscellaneous items for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement includes a wide range of office supplies such as stationary, computer stationary, and other essential miscellaneous goods required for judicial administrative operations. Interested firms and authorized dealers must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments to be eligible for participation. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and quantities can be obtained from the office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) during regular working hours. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. All bids must be submitted to the office no later than 10:00 AM on 23 May 2026, and the opening of technical and financial bids will take place at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A bid security of 5% of the total estimated price is required with the submission.
