The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from reputable tax-paying firms for the procurement of high-quality hardware equipment. This tender, identified as NADRA-HQ-RFB-67/2026, aims to upgrade the technological infrastructure at the NADRA Headquarters and its regional offices. The procurement process will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with National Competitive Bidding standards. Interested bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding documents, which contain comprehensive technical specifications, delivery schedules, and evaluation criteria, can be obtained from the procurement department during business hours. All submitted bids must be accompanied by the required bid security as specified in the documents. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the NADRA HQ no later than 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives to ensure a transparent selection process.
