Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner Office in Jhelum, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms for the procurement of high-end hardware essential for the establishment of a Data Center. The scope of the tender includes the supply and installation of server machines, rack-mounted storage solutions, networking equipment, and related components. This project is aimed at enhancing the digital infrastructure and data management capabilities of the district administration. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and PRA, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Comprehensive tender documents containing detailed technical specifications, quantities, and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Commissioner during working hours. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as specified in the documents and must be submitted through the EPADS system. The technical and financial proposals are to be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, after which technical bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day.
