Description / Scope of Work
The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the construction of a Masjid located in Block-T, Sector-V (Ex-KEMCOHS), Phase-XI (Rahbar). This comprehensive project has an estimated cost of 210 million Rupees and a designated completion timeline of 18 months. The scope of work encompasses civil works, public health systems, electrical installations, fire alarm systems, CCTV, HVAC, and public address systems. Bidding is open to DHA Lahore registered firms, including joint ventures, that possess a valid PEC License for the year 2025/2026 in Category C-3 or above with specialization codes CE-09 and CE-10. Interested bidders must provide a 2 percent bid security of the quoted amount in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. Bidding documents are available from 11 May 2026 to 20 May 2026 for a non-refundable fee of 15,000 Rupees. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Main Office Complex in Sector-A, Phase-V, DHA Lahore by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
