Description / Scope of Work
The Buildings Division of the Communication & Works Department in Jhelum, Punjab invites sealed tenders for a variety of renovation, repair, and construction projects across public sector colleges and judicial residences in the district. The scope of work includes the construction of six classrooms with a toilet block at Government Graduate College Tankanwala, three classrooms at Government Associate College for Women Sanghoi, and extensive maintenance and repair works at Government Graduate College Dina. Additionally, the tender covers miscellaneous and sanitary repairs at the Judges Colony in Sohawa and P.D. Khan, as well as paint work at the Family Court in Jhelum. Total estimated costs for individual lots range from approximately 0.4 million to 24 million Rupees. Interested contractors must be registered with the relevant departments and provide bid security in the form of a CDR as specified for each work. Tenders must be submitted through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, with technical bids being opened on the same day.
