Description / Scope of Work
The Rehmatul-Lil-Alameen Institute of Cardiology (PESSI) in Lahore, Punjab, invites electronic bids for the procurement of Electro Medical Equipment for various PESSI hospitals and directorates under Zone-V for the fiscal year 2025-26. Bids are invited on both Cost Insurance and Freight (CIF) and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) bases. Eligible participants must be registered bidders on the E-PADS system, including active income tax and sales tax payers, and authorized agents of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) registered with relevant authorities such as DRAP and PNRA where applicable. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested firms must submit their electronic bids through the e-PADS portal by 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026. Additionally, a bid security in the form of a CDR and an undertaking on a 500 Rupee e-stamp paper must be submitted to the office of the DMS Equipment by the closing deadline. Technical bids will be opened online via e-PADS at 11:30 AM on the same day.
