Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) invites electronic bids for the construction of rigid pavement for an access road intended to support the establishment of a chairlift and allied infrastructure in Kotli-Sattian. The project is divided into two sections: Section 01 from Parchan to Phufandi (305 meters) and Section 02 from Burj Patriata to Phufandi Hill Top (1 kilometer). The estimated cost of the project is 192.455 million Rupees. This procurement is open to contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above with relevant codes in civil and electrical works. Bidders must also hold a valid PEC license through June 2026. The tender process is conducted through the Project Management Unit (PMU) of TDCP based in Johar Town, Lahore, and is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules. This project represents a significant investment in regional tourism infrastructure and access improvement.
