Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Corporation Gujrat in Gujrat, Punjab invites sealed bids and public auctions for various income sources and contracts for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The auction covers multiple lots including the General Bus Stand Gujrat, Cattle Mandi, and Parking Stands, with a contract period running from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Interested contractors and firms must be registered with the relevant government authorities and provide a valid CNIC and registration documents to participate. The auction will take place at Jinnah Hall, Municipal Corporation Gujrat. All participants are required to submit a call deposit as earnest money for their respective lots before the bidding begins at 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026. Successful bidders will be required to provide a personal guarantee and adhere to all local government rules and provincial regulations. The administration reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any specific reason as per the standing operating procedures.
