Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), operating under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, has issued an Invitation of E-Bid for the procurement of hardware equipment under Tender No. NADRA-HQ-RFB-67/2026. The procurement covers five lots including one LED TV, one Desktop Computer, one Laptop, one Digital Camera with Tripod Stand and Accessories, and one External SSD. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax who are listed on the FBR Active Tax Payers List (ATL). Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. All e-bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal at eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 1st June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The original hard copy of the bid security must also be submitted by the same deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained under any circumstances. The procurement department is located at the Ex-Facilitation Center, NADRA HQ, State Bank of Pakistan Building, Shahrah-i-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad.
