Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department, Buildings Division Attock, has invited e-tenders for multiple schemes under the CM Initiative for Provision of Missing Facilities in Colleges. The projects include the construction of a boundary wall at Govt. Associate College Chhab (Tehsil Jand) with an estimated cost of 10.000 M, construction of two classrooms at Govt. Associate College (W) Pindigheb costing 7.059 M, and one classroom at Govt. Graduate College Attock costing 3.530 M. Bidding is conducted through the PPRA E-Tendering System (e-PADS). Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with the relevant authorities and provide a 5% earnest money deposit. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a 10% performance guarantee. All rates must be quoted as per items in the BOQ rather than percentages, and proposals must be submitted electronically via the official portal
