Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), under the Ministry of Energy, invites electronic bids for the construction of an Officers Bachelors Hostel at the PMDC Salt Mine in Warcha. Eligible contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-4 with specific building codes (CE-09, CE-10, EE-04). Bidders must also be registered with the FBR and remain on the Active Taxpayer List for Income Tax and Sales Tax. The procurement follows a single-stage bidding process via the EPADS-PPRA portal. A bid security of PKR 900,000 in the form of a demand draft or pay order is required. All electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on June 4, 2026, and will be opened publicly 30 minutes later at the PMDC Head Office in Islamabad.
