Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Headquarter (THQ) Hospital, Depalpur in Depalpur, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of local purchase day-to-day medicines and surgical disposables for the financial year 2024-25. This tender is intended to ensure the continuous supply of essential medical items for hospital patients through authorized retail pharmacies or distributors. Interested bidders must possess a valid Drug Sale License and must be registered with relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority. The bidding process will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A bid security amounting to five hundred thousand Rupees must be submitted in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee with the technical proposal. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the office of the Medical Superintendent. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the THQ Hospital administration no later than 11:00 AM on 29 May 2026.
