Description / Scope of Work
The COMSATS University Islamabad (Sahiwal Campus) in Sahiwal, Punjab invites sealed bids for the major overhauling of a Siemens 250 KVA Genset along with associated maintenance services for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of work includes a comprehensive mechanical and electrical overhaul of the power generation unit to ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability for the campus infrastructure. Interested bidders must be well-reputed firms with proven experience in handling industrial-grade power generators and must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority. The procurement process will be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS portal. All necessary bidding documents, including detailed technical specifications and service requirements, are available online. The deadline for the electronic submission of bids is scheduled for 11:00 AM on 26 May 2026, followed by the technical bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
