Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management Unit, National Health Support Program (NHSP), Health & Population Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services focused on communication awareness, seminars, conferences, and interactive sessions. This project, supported by financing from the World Bank under Grant No. IDA-7149-PK, follows an Open National Competitive Procurement process. The scope involves organizing various professional gatherings and awareness campaigns as detailed in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals in a two-envelope bidding process. A bid security of 01 percent of the estimated cost is required, along with a non-refundable application fee of PKR 2,500 for the official RFB document. Interested firms can obtain further information from the PMU office at 05-Montgomery Road during standard business hours. All submissions must be delivered by 14:00 hrs on 10 June 2026, and technical bids will be publicly opened at 02:30 PM on the same day.
