Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) in Multan, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of general contractors for the establishment of a Center of Excellence for Nursing Education. This high-profile development project involves the construction of specialized buildings and comprehensive infrastructure development, requiring the deployment of all necessary materials, labor, formwork, tools, and heavy machinery. The project scope covers an estimated area of approximately 536,023 square feet with an estimated cost of 8,850 million Rupees. To be eligible, applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category CA. The procurement process is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested firms must register on the EPADS portal to access the pre-qualification documents and technical requirements. Manual proposals will not be accepted, and all electronic submissions must be completed through the designated portal by 03:00 PM on 08 June 2026, with the opening of proposals scheduled for 03:30 PM on the same day.
