Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services (MES) office of the Director of Works and Chief Engineer (PAF) Chaklala in Rawalpindi, Federal Government, invites sealed tenders for multiple infrastructure projects involving the provision of facilities at a PAF Base. The scope of work is divided into several packages with estimated costs ranging from 20.00 million to over 41.55 million Rupees, encompassing civil construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services. Eligible contractors must be enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-2 or above for the relevant fields and preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. Bidders are required to provide comprehensive documentation, including work orders, proof of active taxpayer status for the last three years, bank statements, and a certificate of non-litigation. The procurement follows PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004. Pre-qualified firms must submit their tenders to HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala by 11:30 AM on 26 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day.
