Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Charsadda, KPK invites sealed electronic bids through the EPADS system for the procurement, supply, service, and installation of various equipment and materials. The extensive scope of work includes the provision of All-in-One computers, IP-based surveillance cameras with one-way and two-way audio, specific NVRs/DVRs, high-performance scanners, and 85-inch LED screens. A major component of the project is the establishment of virtual courts and evidence points, complete with all necessary accessories and professional installation. Additionally, the tender covers the supply of stationery, toners, lithium batteries, and other miscellaneous items for the judicial complex. This procurement follows the KPPRA Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be authorized dealers or service providers registered with Income and Sales Tax authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Electronic bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 01 June 2026, with the technical bid opening occurring at 12:30 PM the same day at the Judicial Complex Charsadda.
