The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the employment and hiring of maintenance dredging and capital dredging services for Ormara Naval. This significant maritime project involves specialized dredging operations to ensure the depth and accessibility of naval facilities at Ormara. Eligible firms must be registered with the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) and provide a bank challan of 200 Rupees for DGDP registered firms or 300 Rupees for other firms. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals to be submitted in sealed envelopes. Bidders must demonstrate technical capability and experience in dredging works and comply with all security and operational guidelines stipulated by the Pakistan Navy. All proposals must be submitted to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) office at the Naval Residential Complex no later than the specified opening time on 01 June 2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives to evaluate compliance with the project's rigorous standards.
