Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Capital Territory Police in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the procurement of various miscellaneous items, specifically kitchen accessories, for the Model Prison in Islamabad. This procurement is part of the financial year 2025-26 requirements to ensure the operational efficiency of the prison's catering facilities. Interested bidders and firms must possess valid NTN and STRN registrations to be eligible for the bidding process. All tendering activities will be conducted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. Bidders are required to upload a scanned copy of their bid security through the E-PADS portal and submit the original bid security to the General Branch office of the AIG Logistics in H-11, Islamabad. The deadline for submission is 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, and the bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted as the department transition to fully digital procurement procedures.
