Description / Scope of Work
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the hiring of consultants or consulting firms to draft specialized regulations. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Proposals must be submitted electronically by June 2, 2026. This project is part of PPRA's initiative to refine legal frameworks and regulatory guidelines for public procurement in Pakistan.
