Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Cantonment Board (Engineering), under the Military Lands & Cantonments Department, invites electronic bids for the 'Provision of Rubber Cushion Synthetic Jogging Track as per specification with PCC (Civil Works)' at Canis Park, located on Abid Majeed Road, Lahore Cantt. This procurement is planned for the Financial Year 2025-26 and follows a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure utilizing the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All interested and eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) to participate. A bid security of PKR 200,184 is required in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. Detailed e-bidding documents, including technical specifications and terms, are available on the EPADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted through the system by 10:00 AM on Friday, May 22, 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 10:30 AM on the same day. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
