Description / Scope of Work
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), Lahore Zone, invites sealed bids for the provision, deployment, and implementation of a comprehensive Case Management System (CMS) integrated with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module. The system is intended to enable efficient case handling, workflow automation, and real-time monitoring. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR and maintain active Income Tax and Sales Tax status. Tender documents can be obtained from the NCCIA office in Gulberg-II, Lahore, for a non-refundable fee of 8,000 PKR. Bids must include a 5% earnest money deposit and be submitted by 11:00 AM on 01 June 2026. The technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. The project requires the licensed system to be completed within two weeks of contract signing.
