Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan International Airlines in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic quotations and sealed bids for the procurement of high-performance laptops. This tender specifically seeks eight units of HP EliteBook or equivalent laptops featuring Core i5 11th or 12th generation processors, 8 GB or 16 GB DDR5 RAM, and 512 GB PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD storage. Renowned vendors, including manufacturers and authorized distributors, are eligible to participate under a single-stage, single-sealed envelope basis. Interested bidders must provide a technical proposal including company profiles and product literature along with a non-refundable tender fee of 30,000 PKR. A mandatory earnest money deposit of 50,000 PKR must be submitted with the financial proposal. While bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS-PPRA portal, a hard copy of the bid and the original bid security instrument must also reach the Supply Chain Management Department at the PIACL Head Office. All submissions must be finalized by 10:30 AM on 01 June 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
