Description / Scope of Work
The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed bids for the plantation and beautification of Katchery Bazar and City Road. This horticulture project, with an estimated cost of approximately 15 million Rupees, involves the fabrication and installation of 410 square reinforced cement concrete flower pots and 50 round reinforced cement concrete pots. The scope of work further includes the provision of 400 Cone Ficus Semimineature plants and 50 Movi Ficus Topairy plants, both reaching heights of eight feet. Contractors are also responsible for the supply of sweet earth and the turfing of slopes with grass sods. Eligible firms must provide an earnest money deposit of 800,000 Rupees and adhere to the PLG Works Rules 2017. All quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. Technical and financial compliance is required, and the successful bidder must commence work within seven days of the work order issuance. The deadline for tender submission is 03 June 2026.
