Description / Scope of Work
The Department of Agriculture in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various types of summer vegetable seeds including specialized seed kits with packing. This project is part of the Agro-Ecological Based Fruit, Vegetable and Apiculture Development as Enterprises in AJ&K development scheme for the financial year 2025-26. Interested FSC&RD registered companies, firms, or dealers are eligible to participate using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. The scope involves supplying high-quality seeds to the Agriculture Complex at Shaukat Lines, Gojra, Muzaffarabad. All bids must include a 3% call deposit amounting to 45,000 Rupees. Tender documents can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of 500 Rupees until 01 June 2026. The deadline for submission is 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government regulations.
