Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Research and Development Establishment (DGRDE), Rawalpindi, invites bids for the indigenous development of Electronic Time (ET) Fuzes (20 units) and Time Setters (2 units). This high-tech defense project follows the Two Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. DGRDE aims to maximize in-country resources, requiring bidders to have in-house manufacturing capabilities and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and FBR (ATL). Bidders must preferably be registered with DGRDE or DGDP. The first stage technical bids are due by June 2, 2026. This procurement focuses on developing specialized defense hardware and electronic systems.
