Description / Scope of Work
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), Lahore Zone, invites sealed bids for the provision, deployment, and implementation of an integrated, fully automated Case Management System (CMS) and CRM module. The project includes workflow automation, real-time monitoring, and seamless data integration under Code Head AD9204-License Fee for Software for lifetime. This procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible firms registered with FBR (ATL) must submit their tenders at the NCCIA Lahore office in Gulberg-III by June 1, 2026. The system is expected to be completed within two weeks of the contract signing.
