The Govt. Teaching Hospital Shahdara in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various essential services and supplies for the financial year 2026-2027. The scope of this tender includes the framework contract for the laundry and washing of hospital linen, as well as the provision of a comprehensive canteen and tuck shop service for patients and staff. Additionally, the hospital is seeking bids for the auction of various items including a cycle stand and parking lot contract. Interested parties must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess a valid NTN and professional tax certificate. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA), specifically following the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure for technical and financial evaluation. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained from the purchase office during regular working hours. All complete proposals must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent's office no later than 10:30 AM on 06 June 2026, where they will be opened in the presence of authorized bidders.
