Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, Highway Division-II in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for various road maintenance and infrastructure projects under the Special Integrated Area Development Package. The scope of work includes the rehabilitation and improvement of several key road sections, including the route from Shahi Bala to Speen Khwar and the construction of internal roads in UC-44 and UC-46. These projects involve asphalt surfacing, drainage improvements, and general infrastructure upgrades aimed at enhancing local connectivity. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). The bidding process will be conducted through the E-Bidding system of the Communication and Works Department. Contractors are required to submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost along with their technical and financial proposals. All electronic bids must be submitted through the portal no later than 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026.
