The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed quotations for the supply and installation of high-quality mirrors at the Student Center on the Main Campus. The scope of work includes the provision of six large 5mm plain mirrors of specific dimensions, including 48x84 inches and 30x84 inches, featuring Belgium Glass or an equivalent brand. This procurement also encompasses the professional removal of existing old mirrors and the secure fixing of new units. Interested vendors and glass specialists must provide a mandatory sample for quality approval before the final order is confirmed. Compliance with government tax regulations, including GST and a 0.35% stamp duty on the total purchase order value, is required. Technical and financial quotations must be submitted to the Purchase Department at the IBA Main Campus on University Road. All complete proposals are due no later than 12:00 PM on 15 May 2026, and the material remains subject to final inspection upon delivery at the university stores.
