Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner in Layyah, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for a comprehensive framework contract to support the management of Muharram-ul-Harram, Chehlum, Rabi-ul-Awal, and other relevant public events for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is divided into five distinct lots covering a broad scope of requirements. Lot 1 includes the installation and hardware for CCTV camera systems, while Lot 2 focuses on IT equipment such as LCD screens, computer systems, and drone cameras. Lot 3 covers specialized security items including walk-through gates and razor cut wire. Lot 4 involves miscellaneous items, and Lot 5 is dedicated to the hiring of transport vehicles, including POL and drivers. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and demonstrate the financial and technical capacity to handle high-volume event logistics. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) and requires submission through the EPADS portal. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 05 June 2026, accompanied by the requisite bid security for each lot.
