Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director Local Government and Rural Development Department in Dir Upper, KPK invites sealed electronic bids for the installation and fixing of street lights across various locations. The scope of work involves multiple lots, including the provision of street lighting infrastructure in NC Kass, Shaw, Rehankot, VC Bin, VC Kotkay, UC Sundarawal, VC Qulandai, VC Sawni, and VC Patrak Sharqi. These projects aim to enhance public safety and infrastructure within the district. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and enlisted with the Communication and Works (C&W) Department for the current financial year. Additionally, bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure through the EPADS portal. All electronic bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 09 June 2026, and must be accompanied by a 2% bid security of the estimated cost for each respective work.
