Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT) in Lahore invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of laboratory equipment within the Civil Technology Labs for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of work includes technical servicing and restoration of specialized civil engineering lab apparatus to ensure optimal functionality for academic and research purposes. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, following a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (FBR and PRA) and demonstrate technical competence in handling sensitive laboratory instrumentation. The evaluation will be based on the lowest technically qualified bid for the complete package of items. Interested firms can obtain bidding documents from the PTUT office until the morning of the closing date. All proposals must be submitted to the university's conference room by 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026, where they will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders.
