Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable firms for the provision of comprehensive janitorial services at the SNGPL Head Office building located at 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, and the Executive Transit Mess in Lahore Cantt. The contract is offered for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension for another year based on mutual consent and performance. This procurement is conducted through the EPADS and PPRA platforms. Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the FBR and possess valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and Professional Tax Clearance certificates. A non-refundable tender document printing fee of PKR 2,500 is required, payable via Pay Order, CDR, or Demand Draft. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, while original physical bids must also be delivered to the office of the General Manager (Administration) in Lahore before the deadline.
