Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT), Lahore, invites sealed bids for the procurement of specialized lab equipment for the financial year 2025-26. This national competitive bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Reputable firms, authorized dealers, and manufacturers registered with FBR and PRA as active taxpayers are eligible to participate. The bidding documents, which include detailed technical specifications and general conditions, must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the PTUT Conference Room. Bidders are required to provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted and that all provided documentation is authentic.
