The Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the construction of rigid pavement access roads to facilitate the establishment of a chairlift and allied infrastructure in Kotli-Sattian. The project is divided into two primary sections: Section 01 covering Parchan to Phufandi (305m) and Section 02 covering Burj Patriata to Phufandi Hill Top (1km). This significant infrastructure development project has an estimated completion timeline of 12 months. Eligible firms must hold an EPEC Category Code of C-3 or above and be active taxpayers registered with the NTN and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Interested bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS system. All participating firms must provide evidence of at least three similar completed projects in the public sector within the last five years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2026, to address queries. Final bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day.
