Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore (1962) Ltd. in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputed and experienced firms for the supply, installation, and commissioning of electric motors, starters, cables, and other related electrical works. This project is vital for the maintenance and enhancement of the society's utility infrastructure. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and PRA, and provide proof of active taxpayer status. The tender documents, which contain detailed technical specifications, quantities, and terms and conditions, can be obtained from the society's head office upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee. The technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes following the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Completed applications and proposals must reach the Secretary's office no later than 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, after which they will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
