Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Batkhela in Batkhela, KPK invites electronic bids through the E-Baldia portal for the auction of various revenue-generating contracts for the fiscal year 2026-27. This public auction is conducted under the local government and rural development policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, aiming to transparently manage municipal resources and collection rights. The contracts are offered for a period of one year, starting from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Eligible bidders and well-reputed firms must be registered with the Local Council Board for the 2025-26 period to participate in the online bidding process. Participants are required to upload their Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at least two days prior to the auction date and submit copies of their CNIC and registration to the TMO office. The online auction is scheduled to take place from 01 June to 03 June 2026. All participants must adhere to the government's tax policies, including income tax and KPRA regulations, and comply with the detailed terms and conditions available at the TMA Batkhela office or the Local Council Board Peshawar website
