PROVISION OF CIVIL WORKS AT AIR UNIVERSITY, ISLAMABAD

Air University in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic bids from reputable firms and contractors for a comprehensive civil works project at its Main Campus. The scope of work specifically involves the renovation, refurbishment, amendments, and restoration of the China Block. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax department and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-4 or above. This tender is being processed through the EPADS system, and interested parties can access the detailed bidding documents, technical specifications, and requirements online at the official e-procurement portal. It is mandatory for firms to be found on the Actual Bidder list available on EPADS to be considered. All electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS platform no later than 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Air University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per the guidelines established under PPRA Rule 33.
