Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Chiniot, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various items and services required for district-level development and operational needs. This procurement initiative follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure to ensure technical transparency and financial efficiency. Interested bidders must provide a bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated price, while the successful contractor will be required to submit a 10% performance security. All bids must be submitted in English or Urdu and maintain a validity period of 90 days. Participation is open to reputable firms and suppliers who are active taxpayers and registered with the relevant authorities. Tender documents, including detailed technical specifications and purchase order conditions, can be obtained from the Office of the Deputy Director Development, Chiniot. Physical submission of the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required by 10:30 AM on the closing day. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the Deputy Commissioner's office.
