Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Works & Implementation, Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for the Establishment of a Sports Complex at Karak. This significant provincial development project has an estimated cost of 720.631 million Rupees. Bidding will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) following a single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-2 or above for the current financial year and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the FBR. A mandatory bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted. Contractors are required to demonstrate ownership or lease agreements for key construction machinery, including excavators, rollers, and concrete mixers. Technical bids will be opened online on 03 June 2026 at 12:30 PM, while financial bid openings will be announced following technical approval. Joint ventures are not permitted for this project.
