Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Kohistan Upper, invites sealed bids for the supply, delivery, installation, and provisioning of services for IT Equipment, Hardware, Plant & Machinery, and Furniture & Fixture for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the 'Single Stage Two Envelopes' procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders including suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized dealers must be registered with the FBR Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The contract includes requirements for comprehensive training programs for nominated staff on the operation and maintenance of the supplied goods. Detailed specifications and terms are available in the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) obtainable via the office superintendent or email. Technical proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day at the Senior Civil Judge/Chairman Purchase Committee office in Dassu.
