PROVISION OF FACILITIES AT PAF BASES - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES

The office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala, Military Engineer Services (MES), invites sealed tenders for various emergency works involving the 'Provision of certain facilities' at different PAF Bases. The projects, ranging in value from PKR 10 million to over PKR 58 million, are being conducted under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004. Bidding is restricted to scrutinized contractors in MES categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience. Technical and administrative compliance, including PEC registration and litigation-free certificates, is mandatory. This procurement aims to upgrade and expand operational and residential infrastructure at key defense installations.
