Description / Scope of Work

The Govt. Pak German Polytechnic Institute for Agriculture Technology in Multan, Punjab invites the general public to participate in an open auction for the harvest of 12 acres of wheat grain. The auction is conducted on an as-is, where-is basis at the institute's premises located at Chak 5-Faiz. This public sale is divided into two bidding sessions, with the first scheduled for 02 June 2026 and the final session on 04 June 2026. Interested participants must submit a security deposit of 35,000 Rupees along with a copy of their CNIC before the bidding process begins. The successful bidder is required to pay one-fourth of the total bid amount on the spot, with the remaining balance due at the time of final weighing. All participants must bring their original identification for verification by the auction committee. This opportunity allows local agricultural contractors and traders to acquire a significant quantity of wheat grain through a transparent provincial government auction process. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the auction or reject any bid prior to formal approval.

For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

TEVTA is auctioning standing wheat harvest from 12 acres at Multan polytechnic—likely 40–60 tons depending on yield.

This is a one-off commodity sale, not a service contract. Tight timeline with two bidding sessions (02–04 June 2026) compressed into 48 hours; bidders must attend in person for verification. As-is/where-is sale means no recourse on crop condition or yield shortfall. Capital requirement is modest (35k deposit + 25% of winning bid upfront), but final settlement hinges on weighing—storage and transport logistics fall to buyer. Suitable for grain traders or agricultural input suppliers with transport capacity.

Who can bid: No explicit PEC, SECP, or NTN requirement stated in notice. Typically, auction participants in Punjab provincial tenders must hold valid CNIC and provide proof of identity; corporate bidders typically require NTN. No stated restriction on non-resident or foreign bidders. Verify with TEVTA whether agricultural contractor registration is mandatory.
