Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Industries & Commerce in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the Establishment of a Common Facility Center (CFC) specifically for Honey Processing and Packaging located at Mingora, Swat. This project is part of the ADP scheme for 2025-26 and involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of specialized machinery and equipment. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must be authorized dealers or original equipment manufacturers registered with the FBR for Income and Sales Tax, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List, and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. A bid security of 2% of the total bid cost is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Bidders are also required to provide an undertaking of non-blacklisting and evidence of financial soundness. Technical proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the bidding documents, and successful submissions must be received no later than 11:00 AM on 05 June 2026.
