Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of IT equipment and furniture for the establishment of computer labs in five Workers Welfare Schools across the province. This project is divided into two distinct lots: Lot-A covers IT equipment including 105 desktop computers, 05 laser printers, 05 scanners, and 05 UPS units (3KVA), while Lot-B includes the provision of 105 computer tables and 105 computer chairs. The estimated cost for Lot-A is 24.265 million Rupees and for Lot-B is 3.129 million Rupees. Bidders must be registered with the FBR and PRA and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through the EPADS system. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the portal no later than 11:00 AM on 10 June 2026. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot must also be provided.
